Thus a character with higher wisdom will benefit from their experiences more than a less wise one.<br /><br />I've yet to justify making Charisma more meaningful because every method I've come across simply adds an extra layer of complication to the game, something I prefer to avoid. A high STR is a bonus in itself for a Fighter, and will help him or her perform feats that will make their name legend. The 'make yourself legend bonus' is built into the mechanical advantage of high STR. A Fighter with high CHR will be more glorious than his peers even though their deeds are the same. I use the bonus for a number of loyal followers who dont check morale or ever betray you - great for girlfriends, lantern bearers, horses, dogs, guards, etc, and you can can recruit them in play at 1st level instead of a trickle at higher levels. The bulk of my players were always playing spell casters so it was needed.
